CHARLOTTE — Locally owned builder Qube Eleven, clients of Melissa Oyler Designs, is pleased to announce one of its Belmont neighborhood homes has been selected to appear in an edition of Dwell Magazine. Dwell is a modern architecture and design magazine in circulation since 2000.

Dwell’s special edition, entitled Your Rooms We Love, features the home purchased by Matt and Sumer Woods on Allen Street in Charlotte. The room was selected from more than 1,000 entries as one of Dwell’s favorites.

Qube Eleven is the newest brainchild of high-end Dialect Design builders Toby Witte and Jahan Nourbakhsh. They created Qube Eleven as an affordable modern home-building company that appeals to a broader base. Their first homes are being built in Belmont neighborhood, near the LYNX station slated to open in November 2017.

The home features furniture made by the Atomic Chair Company, whose parent company is located in Charlotte and is under the same roof as MidCentury Salvage Furniture Company. Many of the furniture pieces are made in Charlotte; all are made in the USA.
